How grow with me works for pants. 0-9 mos will fit until baby is out of 9mos. 9-18 mos will fit until baby is out of 18 mos. 2t-4t fits until child is OUT of 4t. If you have a child in 3t you would still have a pair of pants that fit until they are go to 5t :)
